Halloween’s Catwoman Total Body Workout

So I’m skipping the Halloween makeup this year but I’m sharing this lovely workout by my favourite fitness influencer, Cassie Ho of Blogilates.  She did a series of Superhero-inspired workouts on her Youtube channel and just in time for the spooky theme, we’re gonna do this Catwoman’s total body exercise.

Each exercise is done for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest and if you choose to have this as your workout of the day, do it 4 times OR you can do it my way, where I mixed it with other sets. 🙂 Either way, do whatever works for you.
