I’m thrilled that I finally get to watch Maroon 5 live last night!!! Oh-Em-Geeee!!
As you all know, I love Maroon 5 and of course, Adam Levine. When we found out about their show last year, I told my husband that I want to watch the concert so bad! I keep asking him about it and the night before my birthday, he gave me the tickets!!
My very first concert was back in the early 2000s ( I seriously can’t remember the exact year) and it was the Freestyle x Side A concert in Araneta. My sister was nice enough to bring me because she knows I love Freestyle. It was the concert Pops Fernandes & Top Suzara sang the famous version of Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang. I remember we were on the top bleachers, so far from the stage but I’m so excited because I feel like such an adult! It’s my first concert and I’m watching my favourite band perform! Almost 20 years later, we watched our first concert together (as a couple) and it’s my Maroon 5. This time, hindi ako sabit haha! And I’m standing just a few feet away from the band!
The show started at 8 PM but gates were open at 5:30 PM. We grabbed a quick bite before queueing because there’s no way to eat once you get in. Altho! there’s a snack stand at the venue where you can also get your drinks. They come in wide-mouth, plastic cups, around 500 ml. Outside drinks and personal bottles are strictly prohibited.

I don’t have a lot of videos posted (just snippets) because I actually watched the entire show and I was screaming and dancing and singing like a normal fangirl. Now my throat is feeling sore but nothing can dim my mood because I’m still on a high from last night’s show.
Bucket List #43:
Watch a concert of my favourite band/artist
