Towards the end of 2017, I decided to level up my commitment to wellness and signed up for Cassey Ho’s PIIT28 fitness program. And yesterday, I finished cycle 1 and I’m ready to share my thoughts & results of her program. 🙂
I’ve experienced going to shops and eyeing a very cute outfit or dress and when I wanna try it, my heart simply breaks because it’s only up to a MEDIUM size or their biggest is a size 12.
